Our counseling spectrum

Community means being there for each other. For us, it’s not just words.

First things first: Those who are mentally burdened or dealing with life's hurdles need above all trust. The counseling center of the Jewish Community guarantees absolute confidentiality on all topics. Additionally, we provide free counseling regardless of origin or income.nd Einkommen.

  • Accompanying advice on the admission and redistribution procedure 
  • Assistance with initial accommodation, support in finding housing, and help with integration into the residential environment 
  • Support in claiming benefits and legal entitlements 
  • Advice and support in educational, school, and training matters and in professional integration 
  • Accompanying counseling in crisis situations 
  • Accompanying mediation to and cooperation with specialized services such as youth, disability, and elderly care 
  • Advice and support for naturalization
