Dancing, entertainment and excursions with the Seniors’ Club: Enriching every day
Being done with work doesn’t mean being done with life! The Seniors’ Club gets people out and about, with a varied programme of events and plenty of opportunities to make new friends.
The Jewish Community’s Seniors’ Club offers older community members a varied programme of events, from lectures on Jewish history and culture to German and art courses, and afternoon singing and dancing. Senior citizens also meet to play chess or cards, or join one of our popular excursions, be it a smaller trip in the local area or a longer journey further afield, to Berlin or Bavaria for example.
The Seniors’ Club and Refugee Association of the Central Board for Jewish Welfare in Germany like to collaborate, and place special emphasis on observing holidays and memorial days together.
